Well, you wait ages for an official sequel, and apparently 2 come along at once!
As well as the already announced “official sequel” coming in late 2026 from Steve Wolsh, and starring Devon Sawa, it appears that another film is due that is also calling itself the “official sequel”! Original ROTLD author and NOTLD co-creator John A. Russo has apparently signed a deal with low budget filmmaker Dustin Fergusson and his SCS Entertainment studio to produce “Rebirth Of the Living Dead”.
Alongside the still in production “Trash’s Revenge”, 2026 is looking to be an interesting year for ROTLD fans.
