ROTLD Universe: Trash’s Revenge

Official Synopsis:

Years after the horrific events of “Return of the Living Dead,” the infamous punk rocker Trash (Linnea Quigley) miraculously returns from the grave, her undead form now fused with an insatiable hunger for both human flesh and the limelight. As Trash re-emerges in a society that has all but forgotten the terror of the living dead, she finds herself drawn to Hollywood, driven by a delusional desire to reignite her once-fleeting fame. Embracing the persona of a grotesque Norma Desmond from “Sunset Boulevard,” Trash navigates the dark underbelly of Tinseltown, where her undead status becomes both her curse and her ticket to notoriety. In an industry obsessed with horror and scandal, Trash sees an opportunity to reclaim her place in the spotlight, willing to do whatever it takes even if it means unleashing a new wave of undead terror upon the world. With a twisted sense of glamour and a morbid charm, Trash manipulates a young, ambitious filmmaker named Alex, convincing him to document her “comeback.” As the bodies pile up and the lines between reality and horror blur, Alex becomes ensnared in Trash’s macabre world, struggling to escape her deadly grasp. “Trash’s Revenge” is a darkly comedic and gory tale that explores themes of vanity, obsession, and the eternal quest for fame. As Trash’s star rises once more, the living must confront the horrifying consequences of her return, culminating in a bloody showdown that will determine whether Trash can truly find redemption or if she is destined to remain a monstrous relic of the past.
