Like the a Trioxin zombie, Steve Wolsh and Living Dead Media just won’t die.
Despite unequivocally losing the court case against the ROTLD Originals, and the judges ruling being public domain for all to see (Beverly Randolph herself posted the full ruling on her Facebook page), Wolsh has been on the attack. First up a number of major horror websites ran with the news he had lost. Then the articles they published vanished, apparently at the behest of legal threats from Mr Wolsh and Living Dead Media.
He has also, allegedly, been contacting people who had licensed the property from him under the impression he owned it. He has been telling them that he does actually own it, despite the ruling, and that he was authorised to keep the licenses valid.
And even more ridiculously, he has taken over the ROTLD Originals LLC website, posting a frankly childish message on there in place of it’s original content:

Based on what they say, Wolsh/Living Dead Media are in for a world of hurt as it looks like William Stout is going to hammer him into the ground as he owns the likeness and design of Tarman.
TL;DR: Wolsh own nothing but seems to have the rights to continue selling whatever is currently licensed under the Living Dead Media banner until those contracts expire. And he is also apparently reluctant to pay the settlement he has been ordered to.
It’s a hell of a mess, and I really think this is going to carry on for a long, long time more sadly.
